CONDOMINIUM UNITS (120 Units)
These full-ownership units most likely will be the last component of the overall development to be sold. Accordingly, these units will not be available for at least 18 months from construction commencement and will be sold mostly in the last year of the development process, most likely, three to four years after the project launches.

TIME SHARE UNITS (150 Units)
The sales will commence before construction and it is anticipated that all 150 Units (representing perhaps as many as 7,500 individual sales) will be completed within 3 years.
